How UAE Gratuity Is Calculated
This UAE Gratuity Calculator provides an estimate of end of service benefits for eligible full-time foreign employees working in the UAE private sector. The calculation uses the employee’s last basic salary and completed period of service.
Important Notes
The gratuity calculation is based on the last basic salary and does not include allowances such as housing, transport or other benefits. Unpaid absence days are not included in the service period.
Employees who complete at least one year of continuous service may also receive proportionate gratuity for part of an additional year.
